If you need protein, this product will give you more than you ask for. Not bad tasting either.

You just can’t beat Boost. The chocolate is delicious. I am a senior of 72 years old and it gives me a “boost of energy,” makes me feel full with a banana or toast, and is great for a snack before bed without worry of heavy foods or sweets to digest. I drink one or two every day!

It tastes very good, sugar is very low and protein is high!! Great for a snack to keep blood sugar on an even keel!! I'd recommend for a morning or afternoon snack, if you're feeling weak to help to keep your sugar more level. It tastes better than some of the others he's (I bought this for my husband). Be sure to look for the words "GLUCOSE CONTROL". Full of good vitamins and minerals. Even Zinc, which is great for your immune system!! We've also purchases "Atkins" granola bars... I bought him the Chocolate covered, with a crème layer at the top of the bar and he likes those quite well. They may carry them here on Amazon and I'm going to look but this is relatively new to us so purchased at the grocery store and Walgreens. Amazon, is no doubt, cheaper, if they carry them. I do believe "Boost Glucose Control" is helping him feel better when used properly.

It makes more sense to buy this here, than in the store. In the store it is nearly $2 a serving! Last buy, it was $27 for 24 bottles. Much better! I get this for my mom. She is always going out without making a breakfast, because she just doesn't get hungry in the morning. But by the time she gets back, she is shaking and hungry. With this, she can just grab a bottle and go, and it keeps her for twp or three hours. If she is going to be longer, she blends it in with some almond milk and some frozen fruit and takes it with her as a fortified mini smoothie. Also good as a late afternoon pick-me-up when you missed lunch! and helps you pass all those tempting and unhealthy fast food places when you are out running around.

If one cannot find in local stores a drink that the patient can stomach (Who can?), then the answer from heaven is mail order, and chocolate is perhaps the best flavor. That flavor is very well received by some patients!

I really like them

Got these for a good price. Good protein and calorie content. Not the best tasting but does the job and I like that the drinks are smaller but have the same nutritional content as a larger protein shake. A little too sweet in my opinion but much worse protein drinks out there!

I just bought these because I was told my protein levels were a bit low. I was taking LiquaCel, which in 1oz has 16g of protein. Wasn't working to well. I heard good reviews about Boost. So I bought a 12 pack of the green top chocolate. Put in fridge for a day, then put one in freezer for about 30 minutes. It was incredible!! They taste great, creamy and no aftertaste. With an 8oz bottle you get 20g of protein. I am on a renal diet, so I was concerned about the Potassium and my dietitian said it was ok since my Potassium was low as well. The phosphorus was a concern also, but I take phosphorus binders. So I am good on all counts. I really recommend these for those who need a protein drink or a supplement as I do.Buy these, you won't be disappointed!!
