Don't let the number of LED's fool you into thinking a light must be brighter than another light with fewer LED's. It can have more LED's that are weaker. I have some older LED Solar lights with 100 LEDS that are now about 2 years old and are startoing to fail. However the ones that are still working are twice as bright. as these LITOM's . What really matters is the battery capacity and how many batteries are used to store the solar power. My old lights used 2 very large 3.7 volt batteries. They were about twice the size of the AA size batteries used in many of these solar lights now.

I bought the 2 pack and then bought the 4 pack, they have different mounting systemsThe 2 pack has two holes at the top that you can hang by wire or drill into a wall or surface. The 4 pack has a single snap in tab in the back, where you screw the snap in tab to the wall or surface and then slide the light on to it and click it in place.I am disappointed with the 4 pack option because of this. They are nice and bright, but they can ROTATE or just never be level because they are only secured by that centered snap in tab. I also had to rig up different hangers just so I can finish the work I had started with the 2 pack.The 2 and 4 packs are different models of lights and should be sold under different product listings. I would have sent them back but they are the only ones I've found that charge right, have a proper range of motion detection, and are as bright as advertised.

I initially gave these lights a 3 rating. They were OK, but didnt hold a charge. The ones i initally received didnt hold a charge long (and held condensation). Megan of StarTOP contacted me concerned anout my experience with the lights, and promised to make it right. And she sent me replacement lights to try, and review. I came to the conclusion that i must have recieved a bad batch of lights the first time around.These lights charged well, hold up ALL night - brightened the area as i expected; even when using them with constant motion use. I’m a fan. And i’ve modified my rating from 3 to 5.And I give Megan a 10! She made me a beleiver in StarTOP.

I have a total of 6 of these lights on my property. I tried two boxes and liked them so much, I purchased a third set. I have two storage sheds, and have placed one of these lights above the door at the roof peak which is awesome to light up the approach and while you are unlocking the doors.Two are on my deck facing the back yard, as you walk to the shed. These light the way through the backyard to the corner where the shed is, so the entire walk is lit up.Then, two were placed on my gutters, about 20 feet apart. One above the living room window and one above a bathroom window. These point into the back yard for anyone to be caught passing through, and to light up my daughters as they play volleyball in the backyard after dark. One of these lights is acting funny, by seeing the motion and coming on, but then going off after one second. It will see motion and come on again, but then go off. This was taken care of by excellent , EXCELLENT customer service and I was refunded the amount of one light. I still give these lights a 5 star rating,, except for the 4 star on motion detection for my minor issue.I will probably purchase another set and shine some more light on my property as they are so nice. If you have a backyard storage shed I strongly recommend placing one of these above the doors.

LITOM has 2 lights that are both 200 LEDs and the same housings... but one is 3 modes (this review) and one is 4 modes with a low battery indicator (what I meant to order).I ordered the wrong thing, now this does not change anything for me except that I will not know when I have a low battery (unless the light goes out). Functionally they work fine, the mode that I use on the other version of these lights is mode 3, but on these lights it is mode 2.I hope you do not make the same error as me, I found out the light mode difference because I set them to mode 3 during daylight and mounted them with Gorilla Mounting Tape, went outside after sundown and... damnit. Ok I unmount them and figure out in the end it was all my fault, I bought the wrong ones but the light mode is still there just in mode 2, I changed both lights and remounted them.I just need to order the matching ones for the front and everything will be fine.In the end, great lights that are easy to install (template for drilling holes is included), bright and the motion sensor works properly.

I received a defected product that didn't last very long and right away the company contacted me and sent me a replacement with no hassle. The customer service that I received is the reason why I would recommend this company and gave it a five star. They kept me informed of what they were doing and made sure that they solve the issue. I wasn't looking for much from them because many company do not care enough to go through the extent that this company went through, thank you I am so glad that this is the company that I purchased my product from. My replacement sensor lights are working great so far. Thank you for showing that the customers do matter.

We live out in the woods and needed just a little light in some areas to see if there were bears before we walked outside. These do just that. I have them set to always on and they are decently bright. They are not overwhelmingly bright just enough. That’s exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want my house to be seen from space. The solar panel doesn’t look cheap and the motion detection is great. I just don’t use it.
