First off , I never write reviews unless they’re negative. I’ve had the Joy moop for almost 2 months. I wasn’t given anything to do this review , I paid full price for the item and I received nothing free . So far it’s been working wonderfully. I have not had any problems with the mop heads . I have not had any problems with the weight of lifting. It cleans beautifully and with such ease. The size is great it holds a nice amount of water . I have dogs , cats , grandkids and adults always in and out . My kitchen is always full. I can quickly pull this out and clean up any mishaps that happen. It does not take long to clean the whole floor , quite speedy . The dry time is cut in half . I wish I had found this sooner . It is reasonably priced, and you could throw the mop pads in the wash. It’s so great I am going to purchase another to keep in my bathroom. I’ve already turned on so many family and friends to it . Especially the family and friends that have seen me pull it out for quick clean ups . Saves money in the long run with the other disposable ones on the market. Great product. I don’t know how many spin mop buckets I have gone through over the years because of leaks . This has no leaks and no spin mechanism to fail . I really recommend this . I am in love with this product lol . I like cleaning my floors now . I will definitely be purchasing another for my bathrooms . I rave about this mop all the time.

Love the mop! Works exactly how it should. Strong handle so you can apply pressure to cleaning the floor. The bucket removes water so there’s not too much on your mop. Great design. Give it a try!

I was excited to try this mop because it is easy and even fun to use, but the quality is extremely disappointing. I have purchased two so far and both broke in the exact same way. The base where the handle connects is made of very weak plastic. If the mop falls over or you apply normal pressure while cleaning, the plastic snaps and the mop becomes completely useless. The first one lasted only a short while so I tried again thinking I would be extra careful. Unfortunately the second one did not even last two weeks before breaking in the same spot. This design flaw makes the mop far too fragile. The connector piece is simply too small and too weak to withstand regular use. I also tried contacting the vendor directly but there is no clear way to reach them which adds to the frustration. I am very dissatisfied and hope the manufacturer considers redesigning the attachment with stronger materials so this product can live up to its potential. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d ever feel this happy about a mop — but this one is actually amazing! The flat head is crazy smooth and slides around the floor so effortlessly. The wringer bucket is seriously smart and makes cleaning way less messy. I don’t have to touch anything gross, and it squeezes out the perfect amount of water. The mop gets under furniture so easily, and the handle is nicely long, which my back totally appreciates. I use it on my floors and even the walls — it’s weirdly satisfying to clean with. However, I haven’t tested it yet on really deep grime or heavy messes, so not sure how it handles that. But for regular everyday cleaning, it’s been a huge help so far!

I’ve owned this mop for multiple months now and I can say with certainty that this is my favorite. It’s super easy to load up and ring out without having to get your hands wet. There’s only 2 issues I don’t like. 1. The mop handle comes in multiple sections to make it easier to package but the amount of wobble back and fourth while trying to mop is annoying. 2. The bar that presses against the mop head when ringing it out gets stuck (most likely from corrosion) and the mop head won’t go in the slot. Other than that I would recommend this mop to anyone.

I've been using the spin mop for several years and loved it... until...I found this. The flat mop is sturdy and easy to add/remove the pads and is made with quality materials. The spin mop was hard for me to remove the dirty mophead and yucky to touch after use. The flat mop is easy on / off. I just use plain hot water in the bucket and choose a cleaner spray to match the floor material. Disinfectant cleaner spray for bathroom and lux vinyl, and a wood-friendly spray for my living room. I love the wide flat surface for wiping down walk-in shower and the wall behind toilet. The hands free option is easy and the mop isn't saturated to over wet the floor. The spin mops "spinner" has gotten worn down and doesn't get the mop head as dry as it used to. No moving parts to go bad on the flat mop. I recommend.

I like the mop itself but when you squeeze it after mopping a section, the dirty water in the mop drains into the clean water. I don’t understand why they even have 2 reservoirs. Also, you can’t squeeze the whole pad so you keep mopping with a partially dirty pad.

Good quality and size just right. Not too heavy to carry when with water.

I'm not a janitor, I don't need or want a gigantic string mop and huge bucket. At the same time those little micro-fiber mops with the wringer in the bucket are tiny and nearly useless after a month. And they leave streaks everywhere after drying - especially if you have windows letting light onto the floor. This thing is amazing - streak-free finish and easily done. My wood floors haven't been this clean since they were installed. I don't need to rely on the cleaning woman anymore! I toss in a little Fabuloso but I'm sure Mr. Clean or others work just as well. It's painless, and simple to use.

Should have purchased this a long time ago. Makes the chaore of cleaning the floor so easy.
