If you have long or thick hair this is the one for you! I’ve been disappointed through the years by so many curling irons that couldn’t deal with my thick hair. This one is longer and curls nice.

From the famed Moroccanoil brand comes its beauty tool line - I wasn't sure what to expect but colour me impressed, particuarly with this great curling iron (Moroccanoil Everlasting Curl Titanium Curling Iron).Many features abound - first of all, this is a 'worldly curling iron' (that sounds a bit odd to say) as it's lightweight (under 2 lbs), dual voltage, and comes with a travel pouch which I also use daily at home because it's heat-resistant. So it's peace of mind that it's auto shut off but then I don't have to worry about anyone else accidentally touching it because the pouch offers instant protection.Over the years I've gotten used to curling my hair with just the barrel and not the 'clip' clamshell of a more traditional curling iron - but I really like that this one is designed to do both. In particular, I find it handy with the ends of my curls - I am not always the best because I fear burning my hand (and I'm too lazy to use a glove, tbh) - so I can easily touch up the ends of the curls by using the clamshell with no worries. I therefore stress less about 'curl accuracy', if you know what I mean.The basics and more are covered with this curling iron. It's really smooth and it heats up in a jiff, offering even heat distribution. It's also shining on its cord - it swivels with your movements so it doesn't get in the way and it doesn't curl back into itself. These things matter! I also like the digital display so I can be more accurate with the heat - better for hair health.So, as you can see, I don't really have much to say that would be placed in the 'negative' column - it's far from the cheapest iron on the market, but you can also pay twice as much for a curling iron. So this is actually well priced in my view. An overall excellent curling iron - looking forward to seeing how Moroccanoil's other tools hold up to the paces. So far, so good.

It's been years since I've bothered to curl my hair with a curling iron because in the past I just haven't been able to either get the curls to stay and it took way too much time. I'd been using a straightening iron to make curls, but I wasn't thrilled with the curls I got with that method. This curling iron by Moroccanoil has totally changed my hair game!The wand itself is beautiful and well made. It has a swivel cord which makes for ease of use when curling and the cord is 9 ft long which is so useful. The cord has a velcro attachment to keep the cord wrapped when you're done using it or if you don't need all 9' of cord then you can wrap up the excess to keep it out of your way. It also comes with a heat-resistant pouch for easy storage. It's a tight fit but you can get the iron and cord in the pouch. The display is digital and easy to read, and the buttons for turning the iron on or adjusting the temperature require a firm press and are recessed into the handle, so it would be difficult to accidentally hit them. I've used a flat iron before where the buttons were so easy to push that I would often turn it off accidentally and not notice, so I really like the button setup on this iron. It says that the iron has a 1 hour shut-off feature which I thankfully cannot attest to because I haven't forgotten to turn it off but I like knowing that if I would forget to turn the wand off that it has that feature. The curling iron heats up very quickly - it says in 60 seconds and although I haven't timed it I fully believe that. I'm used to having to turn a hair tool on and do something else for a few minutes while I wait for it to heat up, but I basically just turn this curling iron on and it's ready to go. The iron has an extra-long barrel so it's easy to curl larger sections of lengths of hair quickly. I've been using this curling iron on a much lower heat setting than I have used before (even lower than I have for straightening). I only have to hold it in each section of hair for a few seconds and I get amazing curls that stay all day. This is the best hair tool I've used, I'm so happy with the ease of use and results. It is on the higher end price range for a hair tool; however, I believe in investing in quality pieces that will last you a long time and provide great results.

The morroccanoil everlasting titanium curling iron is a sturdy and well-built curling iron that creates soft and bouncy waves. While I was shocked at the price of this curling iron, I could tell that this is a high -quality curling iron when I took it out of the box. Upon taking it out of the box, I noticed the beautiful baby blue color and the long size of the curling iron. The base is slim and has an ergonomic soft-touch grip which makes it easy to hold and does not strain your hands. It heats up pretty quickly and includes a digital display so you know exactly how hot the curling iron is. The temperature goes up to 221 degrees Celsius which is fairly hot. I appreciate the heat resistant tip of the curling iron to prevent hand burns. It took approximately 5-8 minutes to heat up to desired temperature which is relatively faster than most curling irons I have used. The long surface area of the iron made it easy for me to curl my hair since I have longer and thicker hair. I was able to curl my hair in about 20 minutes which was half the time it takes with my old curling iron. The 9-foot swivel cord allowed me some space to travel with the curling iron, and did not restrict me in any way. I actually used this curling iron as a wand and it worked just as well! This curling iron is pretty versatile since there are numerous techniques to create beautiful wavy hair. This curling iron is great for everyday use as well as travel/vacation purposes. I absolutely love this curling iron as it gives you a bang for your buck. Absolutely recommend!
