TruBuddy Comics: How to Talk Confidently (English)

I recently came across their Shark Tank episode and was curious to know what more books they are making. I got to know, they have TruBuddy comics which are kind of leadership comic books on important topics for kids. “How to talk confidently” caught my eyes as I was looking for something like this for my nephew who is 8 and half years old, that would help her to improve her communication skills in general. This comic called “How to talk confidently” teaches young children the way of communication through facial expression, body language and tone of voice. The content of this comic is so easy to understand for children of 8-9 years. I was even impressed by the book when I read it. This can be a much broader topic but it has been presented in a simplified manner. Many complex things have been taught in a much easier way. It beautifully communicates that non verbal communication matters more. The book mentions the simple mantra of orient, look and smile while communicating with people. He also learnt that he must work on building rapport with the other person with verbal communication to get his work done easily. It also says that to maintain an enthusiastic tone and to wear a genuine smile is a very essential part which makes the conversation much easier. I would surely recommend this book for young children and parents!

My child really liked the book, she mentioned that the story is very good, she also like the visuals very much,she told the tips like maintaining eye contact, good body language & facial expressions really helped her speak confidently. i just luvd this book. My niece got this book and few others as a return bday gift and i must say its the perfect gift to give to children. They are getting educated thru these comics which are fun and also filled with lot of learning. The conversation starters given in this book are somethng that even we as adults need to learn bcz we have never been taught such things as kids. This book is wonderful if u want to build strong and confident communication skills in your child.

A book on communication for kids that too in comic was something new and I immediately purchased it for her. ’How to talk Confidently’ teaches kids in a simple manner on how to have engaging conversations, body language, nonverbal communication and much more. I am glad these kind of books exist so that she can have those essential communication and life skills early which we learnt in the later stage. she loved the book and found the storyline to be very easy to understand and relatable. Paper and print quality is good. It's a fully colored book with nice glossy paper. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend this book for kids to know how to communicate better.
