The barbecue rusted after a week, metal very thin and when I called customer service they told me they only replace parts and do not provide service! Very Disappointed! :-(

I recently bought a house with a older built in Webber grill and needed to be rebuilt after several attempts to contact Webber to see if I could still get parts and zero response from Webber I thought it was time to start looking for a new grill and decided on the Blaze grill, best decision I made well built cooks even , easy to clean--greay grill.

I bought a 4-burner 2 years ago. Piece of crap. Get a Weber instead. Don't waste your money. All look, poor performance.

We didn't install this until last Summer, but find ourselves reeling in our good fortune that we decided to buck up and go for quality. We are very pleased with this bbq grill and would absolutely buy from this seller again.

As far as my Blaze grill I am totally unhappy. The rubber grips on the handles wore out in less than a year. The grill also is designed where it collects juices and etc which quickly ignite and burns the food. I've always kept my grill clean but you need to basically take the inside apart regularly to help ( not eliminate) this problem. When it rains the pan under the grill gets filled up with water and must be emptied EVERYTIME. Good luck trying to do that without spilling all over my finished deck. There is another issue when cooking outside with even the slightest of wind, my grill is not out in the open but in the corner of my outdoor kitchen. I've had this grill for 2 years, and use it year round, it cost over $2000 I am so disappointed. Ive had less issues with my portable grills. I know one day I will be fed up and eat the money and replace it. I would not recommend Blaze grill to anyone.

haven't had a gas grill before and I'm in my 60s, she built an out door kitchen and felt like we needed to put this in, for the look of the kitchen and later down the road for resale of the house, nice product, love the night lights on the knobs and inside, the only draw back is the flare ups when cooking, you end up burning your meal, maybe I need more practice all in all I would recommend, its just VERY HARD TO BEAT A TREAGER GRILL

If you have a problem with the product, you are basically on your own. You will never receive a solution from BBQ Guy nor Blaze Grill. Just a bunch of excuses and delayed responses that they don't mean anything. There are much better options in the market.

You get what you pay for and this is definitely an expensive grill but it is amazing! Came well packaged, no issues or dents etc. We love it. Heats up quickly as well. Great product!
