Q: What nutritional value is lost by pulling out the solid piece's in the thin mint and the coconut mix?

I do not know this answer; only because I use only Cinnamon Toast which is the best flavor for me. BCAA and Egg Whites. this is my included ingredients that I look for in any Protein Products.
