I'm a gatekeeping girlie, but this is too good...
First off, WOW. The packaging looks and feels premium, you know when you get something $180+ home from Ulta/sephora and you have that weird buyers remorse guilt coupled with excitement while you delicately open your new gadget (to keep the box nice cause for those prices, you have to)? That's this cleanser. It came double boxed, and packaged really sturdy; the branding on the box itself looks way fancier and like it costs 3x as much as it does.Out of the box it's got a great weight to it. The handle is curved and ergonomic, which is something I couldn't say for Luna or the first gen LumiSpa. Speaking of which, the silicone head is super rugged and high quality - it does a luxury job at cleansing gently but thoroughly. I have sensitive skin and this was so pleasant to use, I feel so clean after every time. I love that this comes with just the silicone brush head and a soft brush scrubber (I use that less often but it's a daily-type sonic brush, super soft bristles) because the tools that give you 6+ different heads are just made to get lost in the bathroom drawer and end up in the landfill. You seriously don't need so many heads. Your face doesn't change. The simplicity was my favorite part of this tool.It has 2 speed settings, and during each setting (slower & faster) it cycles through 10 sec of clockwise, and then 10 sex of counter-clockwise, I think 6 times and then auto shuts off. I love this because you don't have to give pressure at all, it glides and scrubs across your face effortlessly but you can feel it working when it spins back and forth. My only complaint would be that I wish there was a setting to "lock it" into a consistent scrub, so it wouldn't stop every 10 sec to switch directions. But it's surpringly easy to get used to and again, it does a great job at cleansing while not stripping or scratching your face.Lastly, I love that it charges wirelessly. It comes w a dock (that plugs in) and it charges on the dock while also automatically fan-drying the current head and uses a UV light to sanitize. It takes 90 min to do a dry/clean cycle when plugged in and the light color changes, it's a little noisy but it's not meant for after each use. When not in use and not being deep cleaned, you also get a standalone countertop stand that is sleek and has a very small footprint. I appreciate the functional features without unnecessary attempted bells and whistles on something meant to get the gunk off of your face.I seriously keep the best things to myself cause I'm kind of a jerk lol, but after how impressed I am and the steal I got on this cleanser, I'm buying more as gifts and need to give Fancii the recognition they deserve. Probably the best quality you could ever get at such an amazing price and I feel stupid lucky that I stumbled across this in my 2am dopamine-shopping stupor. Get it. And then get one for your best friend, your girlfriend/boyfriend/partner, your mom, your fav boss, and maybe another one as a backup.

Seeing results, skin is looking smoother!
I really like the silicone brush head, I did notice that you have to take the silicone brush attachment apart to let it dry completely. I use the bristle brush attachment in the PM and do the charging and cleaning process at night since it takes 5 hours. Then in the AM I’ll use the silicone one and just rinse it off and then take it apart to dry completely for the next time.It does seem to be improving the texture of my skin which I wasn’t expecting but love. I like the alternating rotation sequence as well. Overall, I think the face brush is very good quality for the price, just make sure to take apart and dry the silicone attachment between each use or else it won’t spin properly.

Licensed Esthetician’s Review: Great look/feel, but lacking in operational qualities.
As an esthetician, facial brushes are a key part to clear skin for me and I specifically like ones that spin. I find that they really break up makeup in the pores and lift it out of the skin. I’ve used ones that are $100+ and I’ve used ones that are $15.I love the look of this facial brush. I wish they made it in white, black, or beige— but I was fine with pink. I was very excited to use it as I’ve tried brushes before that aesthetically weren’t that cute. I also love the way you hold it and how it fits in your hand— all of these aspects contribute to a luxurious feel for the price.Where I have to knock off points is that this brush randomly broke down during its 6th use. I wish I was kidding— you’d think this would happen after rigorous use, but it still had a bit of battery usage and I had just opened the box less than a week prior. It stopped spinning when it came into contact with my face. I thought, “maybe its battery usage is short” so I reluctantly charged it again within 6 days— which I’ll get to why in a moment. After charging, I went to use it again, which it started spinning as it did the first time, and then after 20 seconds it broke down again with a long beep. Now it just beeps and tries to spin, but fails. Now the charging— I don’t know why they decided dryer fan had to be in the same unit as the charger, but the fan is ridiculously loud and obnoxious. You cannot charge the brush without having the fan on. When I first charged it out of the box, the charger/dryer produced the sound level of a Dyson Airwrap on the low setting… which sounds like you’re leaving a blowdryer on for 3 hours. So you can see why I’m reluctant to charge it as it’s extremely disruptive. Hell, I’m sure that’s why it came uncharged in the box… imagine it being charged at the factory lol.I really wanted to rave about this brush. As a content creator on the side, I love recommending products I love to not only my clients at work, but to my online audience as well.If the company takes the time to read this review and make the necessary improvements— this could be a viral product with the right marketing as well. The price point, look, and function are all very attractive qualities.

I HATE THIS!
It has two speeds, and you can barely tell the difference, and the speeds are slow. It spins clockwise and anti clockwise which is usually a good thing but in this case it doesn't this automatically so every three sec it stops for atlease 2 sec to spin the other direction, it really annoying especially if you have somewhere to be. It has two head and botha are so soft that it feels like it's just hover over you face, it doesn't give you a clean feel. You could probably do a better job with your hands. The best features is the fan it take at least 30-40 minutes to dry the brush so the brush just spins till it stop, I don't really care for this but it did mind it.
