It's super easy to install on ur own, it's 95% assembled.The treadmill is sturdy, sleek, supports good weight, convenient and compact. Easily foldable and storable. Perfect for home use.I love the fact that I can just hop on and use it anytime during the day. Hoping the durability is also great. Summing it up I love the product, 5 stars for it.
