a great towel rack that minimises space used but it is not really good for extra-large towels as each arm is not very long.

Love this thing. Super handy. IMPORTANT TO CONNECT TO THE WALL PROPERLY!!!I1) TO INSERT THE PLASTIC ANCHORS/WALL PLUGS:I used a 7/64 drill bit for a guiding hole. Then the 1/4 drill bit.Then: hammer in the plastic anchor gently, until the anchor is flush with the wall.The last 1/16 of the anchor is the widest.Hammer the last 1/16 gently into the wall,with a cloth over it so you don't get stains on your wall from the hammer.2) INSERT THE SCREW INTO THE BRASS RINGS BEFORE YOU DRILL IN THE SCREWS!See picture.These brass rings have a thread on the outside.Later you will screw the knobs gently onto these rings.In the instructions on the box, nothing is said about the brass rings.When to put them on. Or what their function is.I got this this swivel towel rack because 4 guests (!) have to use this bathroom for the next two weeks.Organization is tantamount!Now each person has one towel rack swivel stick and one other towel rack or hook.The swivel also has two nifty hooks at the bottom on it.KEY IS TO USE THE RIGHT DRILL BIT (1/4TH).THAT WAY THE PLASTIC PLUGS ARE VERY TIGHTLY IN THE DRY WALL.THE STURDINESS DEPENDS ON WHETHER YOU ANCHOR CORRECTLY.Of course, there's no problem if you drill in a dry wall stud or in wood.Then you do not need anchors at all.Overall, a fantastic item.
