I bought this to help support my sternum after a heart bypass. Unfortunately I found it too painful to wear is it is very strong and holds you in very tightly. I ordered a small as there were no mediums available at the time I required it. So it is unfair to give a review on the fit,All i can say is that it would have been perfect if the correct size was available as it is extremely well made and looks like it will last for a long time.

I had thoracic surgery and this support really helps to keep the chest tight and aligned. Glad I bought it.
