We struggled with very high level of Nitrate and Nitrite in our new fish tank, 25% water changing weekly did not help so we were looking to find a solution to address this problem, after searching the internet we found this produce and we decided to give it a try, after 2 applications, both Nitrate and Nitrite reading has come down to normal/safe level. We are very happy with this stage of our tank environment, we highly recommend this product to everyone who has same issue in fish tank as us. Great product!

I have purchased this brand and products for years. However, the last one I purchased had the most repugnant smell. Normally it does have a odour but I literally had to put box in a sealed bag and leave in the garden till returned. One off bad patch or the recipe has changed

I can't tell whether this product has had a beneficial effect or not after dosing according to package instructions. No apparent harm done and the fish show no adverse effects. However, this stuff stinks like rotten eggs. The ingredients on the bottle says the solution contains hydrogen sulphide, the stink of which "dissipates quickly" according to advice on bottle. Trust me, it most definitely does not dissipate quickly. We had to open windows and doors and turn on fans to get rid of the sewer smell.

First of all, it stinks, badly. But seems to be doing great job. Used together with Nite Out II and my ammonia dropped to 0ppm within 12 hours, so the nitrites. Water is clear, and I've noticed the brown algae has reduced a bit too. I am very pleased with the product, a must-buy for fresh aquariums.

Best product I've found so far. Hold your breath though smells like rotten eggs, lol

Great stuff for giving your filter a boost. My nitrate levels seem more stable after adding this to the tank.
