This product helps with stress but also helps with a restful sleep. Recommended.

I found these pills easy to take and the dosage was good, but I wasn't sure if I noticed much from taking them personally. From other reviews it seems to work for some more than others, so I guess it just wasn't as effective for me.

Ashwagandha is a weird thing, marketed and researched for stress and the results of those are actually pretty good (compared to older herbal remedies) but also the research lately for training / fitness benefits are also promising! Have been using now for a few months and have hoped to help both my stress/anxiety as well as my endurance and strength training. I have been training a ton and working a lot, so hoping it has given my body and mind the best chance for pushing through a tough period. Training is still going strong for marathon training, so seems to be all good so far! Easy pills to swallow, capsules have little to no taste making them super easy to add to morning routine.

There were two instances where I took the supplement and had totally different experiences. The first was after a 12 hour work day that was rather upsetting. When I got home I took the Ashwagandha before eating and within 45 minutes I felt like I was intoxicated, but not in a bad way where I couldn't function. Just a very calming effect that I didn't expect and it allowed me to relax and wind down. The second time I took the Ashwagandha was in the morning on the weekend right before my workout. By the time I got to the gym, I felt I was more focused on myself instead of what was going on around me. I had a great 2 hour workout and when I got home I did not feel tired. Somewhere between the two experiences is the common ground for me on when, why, and how I should use the supplement, but this was definitely an experience of something different.

Was delighted to see a Klean product available for product testing, and jumped on the ashwagandha right away. I already take ashwagandha root intermittently for better sleep and anxiety, and switched to Klean's ashwagandha and faced no problems. The gel capsules are easy to swallow with no taste and smell before or after consuming, and the expiration was a year out.While the benefits may vary from person to person, and the long term effects of ashwagandha are not well documented, you can count on Klean Athlete to provide top notch products that are safe to consume and conform to strict testing standards. I recommend this product to anyone who is already on the ashwagandha train.

NSF Certified, Klean makes awesome supplements. This is a little pricier then my standard Ashwagandha supplement, but it is not NSF certified.Easy to swallow, pricey, but worth a try if you need to ensure there are no additional additives to your supplements. Give it a try.

This Ashwagandha supplement from Klean works well for me. It gives me a sense of calm, and I like the fact that it's a well-known manufacturer that's been around.
