Nice looking watch but why does the secondhand stop moving whenever it wants. and it seem to always stop around the number 1 on the watch. Does the watch still keep correct time when the secondhand stop?

Couldn’t set time right.
For whatever reason the minute hand doesn’t move when trying to set the time. That makes it hard to set the correct time.
