Same quality as Fitbit Brand! Great colors!
Very happy with my new replacement band. Quality seems same as original fitbit brand. I ordered the Large and I could have easily gotten away with the smaller size as I had to snap it all the way on the tightest notch to fit properly. I have just under 7" wrists. Love this light pink color too.

Won’t stay closed - waste of money
I just received the 3 days ago and it continues to come undone. It’s like the small snaps won’t hold and just keeps popping open. I’ve kept the small safety strap over closure and twice my Fitbit has still fallen off and too ground. Totally useless!

Nice Product for the price and GREAT customer service
I'm giving this product a 5 star based on the product as well as the customer service I received. The first band I received wasn't right. The 'pins' were too short and I almost lost this fitbit (fortunately it fell off in the house). I sent an email to the company and they immediately offered to replace it which I agreed to. This wasn't an expensive product but I did like it so they promptly sent me a 2nd one and the pins were longer and its working fine. They followed up a couple of times with me to make sure I received the replacement band and that it was working out for me. Great customer service.

Fits, but the band runs a little small.
This “large “ size is not as large as the band that came with my Fitbit, but it still fits. I have to use the holes at the bottom so more adjustment holes are visible when I wear it. The plastic band is smooth and comfortable to wear, but aI worry about durability. Color is true to the picture.

Looks great but...
I only have the band a few days and it has come off in the middle of working out twice now. The strap popped open both times and the safety strap came off too. The color is nice I got the blush and its nice, it looks more vibrant on the site, in reality it is more my skin color

Cute light pink color
Great shipping time. Cute pink color. This band is different from the original band my fitbit alta hr came with as far as how it fastens. It was a little difficult to get it on, but overall I really like it. I just got it today so I'll be updating this review if anything changes.

Once dirty that's it.
Nice color it fits perfect. Down fall is it gets dirty easily and you can scrub all you want but it's not coming off.
