Received a new showerhead form manufacture within five days of this review. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received. The shower system works great, but will take a good plumber to install The manufacturer was very concerned about their product. I would imagine they will be doing things a little different in order to prevent this from happening again I would definitely recommend the shower system. You will not be sorry. It works great and I would buy it again 😊

I love that all the jets can be used at once. I’m a bath girl at heart, because I can never get the shower water temperature adjusted to that perfect temperature where it’s not scalding on my head, but what falls on my feet isn’t cold. I just can’t get it right. My parents house had a wall system where all the jets were on a big panel, and that felt great, but this is a more elegant solution. In planning a bathroom remodel, it’s helpful to have your layout of plumbing all planned and then go to the tile shop. They tend to have the experience to suggest the finishing touches that take something like this from a cool gadget to something that looks like it belongs on a tv show about over-the-top homes. It’s deserving of being featured on a tv show. I’m pleased with both the finish and the performance. My plumber had no complaints about the ease of installation.

This shower jet system is an all inclusive system so I didn't need to piece together various parts. The price point is also about 700 and more less than at the 2 main big box stores. The plumber who installed this set said it was well made for what it costs. It's been installed in my bathroom for about 2 weeks now and so far I don't notice any leaks. I still have to install the drywall so I can actually see the pipes if there are any leaks. 5 stars.

The first time I used one of these showers, I completely fell in love with it and I have been looking even since. Now, with plans to renovate our master bathroom in a few months, I came across this full kit and I snagged it up.It is not cheap, but the product shows what you are paying for. This is machined well, and the look-and-feel of each individual item is amazing. I asked my friend, a plumber who will be installing it, if it would be hard to install and he told me that it would not be hard to install, since the quality of the parts seems to be on-par.I can't wait to see it in my finished bathroom!

Box arrived on time, and everything was packed with no damage. The quality of the shower assembly is top notch. Once the plumbing was all hooked up the shower assembly worked great with no visible leaks. This was quite the project but it can be done. Just take your time. There was lots of good videos on the subject. Love the modern look and warranty.
