Surprisingly comfortable. These are appropriate for catching “drips” of urine. They are not truly incontinance underware.

They feel great, it is almost as if you don't have them on. I have worn them for two weeks, washing, wearing and they keep well after each wash. The only problem is the run big. If you buy them get them one size small for a snug comfortable fit.

I bought these based on the rating and the description here on Amazon. I expect it for the dollar amount to be able to have a product that will last. To my surprise it didn’t take long at all before the fabric right behind the padded area began to get a hole and then open up completely. Very comfortable. Unfortunately for me there is no padding below the front. The results were a leak. They are well made. A little extra length of padding and they would be 5 star.

Does a well made a brief. It has extra padding that covers your penis. It will definitely stop leakage of urine if your you're prone to leak. Is stylish and very comfortable to wear.
