Fits in my rhino under back seat box in my 2002 sierra 2500hd with no issues and bumps almost as hard as the alpine type s i had .costs a lot less and sounds great for heavy rock like ministry and metallica and for hip hop and rap it does hit the lows ,bumps hard and shakes the entire truck going to have to get another to replace the gothic .the gothic does bump.but the scar hits a lot harder .useing a MRP-M500 Alpine mono block amp and a MRP-F600 Alpine amp both running at 2 ohm with a kenwood deck KDC-BT565U and 4 alpine 6 inch 2 way door speakers and a capacitor to help power it all and sounds great just hope the new scar can hang in there for a while only time will tell.the reviews are about 50 50 and made it hard to want to try it but so far i am impressed but as with anything u buy new does not always mean good every product will have some that just dont work correctly or last as they should .

We only have about 30hrs worth of use, but it sounds good and only got hot once... I hope it lives.

I built a custom box for this sub and it is performing very well. I Have a 500W D4S amp feeding it without any issues. So far it is just loud enough to put a tiny bit of shake in my rearview mirror, just what I wanted. My only complaint is with the choice of terminals used, they are spring loaded and very smooth, which makes them look sleek, but they are too smooth and stiffer wire can slip out of them. This will not be an SPL competition winner, but for the price and size I think it a good value. Hopefully it last, which is the questionable part of these cheaper subs.
