Mindfulness Patterns

I love this colouring book. Beautiful patterns printed on good quality paper. I much prefer colouring in patterns rather than the "cute" colouring books which are dominating the marketplace now.

Best for stress relief. I find it more challenging and fun.

Fine for stress busting, paper quality ok but put a few pieces of blank paper between sheets to stop bleeding

I bought this as a treat for myself. I’ve always enjoyed colouring and this book has some beautiful pictures in it.

Really good to have a book with so many different pictures to colour. Not the usual pictures, very original. A book you can dip in and out of very easily.

Mum loves it

Very good designs but the paper is thin requiring a sheet of paper to be placed between the sheets when using felt pens. The colours bleed and paper buckles. It might be better for pencils but I have not tried them yet.

El papel es fino para usar rotulador y traspasa,pero con un cartón debajo sin problemas. Los patrones son divertidos y muy variados.

I really like this book. The patterns are lovely and the paper, while a bit thin, has a nice texture for colored pencils. I highly recommend it.
