Picked up this kit when my wife and I were having a hard time conceiving, just to see if I was at least at the threshold or if there were other factors at play. While you do not get an accurate numerical amount, it will at least give you an idea if you are in the acceptable range or not. Absolutely not a substitution for a lab test (which would be more accurate and possibly covered by insurance), I would recommend this only if you are starting your journey to becoming parents and having a hard time initially. I would say this is about on par with tests that you would find at a local pharmacy, so I would recommend shopping around for the best price. Instructions were easy enough to understand and the process was pretty straightforward, but again - I would use this as a preliminary check and not a substitution for a professional evaluation if you are having troubles.

Quick easy way of testing male fertility if you are trying for a baby. I am a healthy 29 year old and gave me normal result. So seems like it works.
