Are these made of pp5 plastic? and will they withstand a pressure cooker at 15 psi for 15 minutes?

I wouldn't put them in a pressure cooker, they barely survive the microwave for 15 seconds.

how tall are the cups?

I measured the 5.5 oz cups right at 5 inches tall.

Are these 48 containers and 48 lids or 24 containers and 24 lids? Thanks.

This is 48 containers and 48 lids. You would be very happy with them.

is this 48 sets of containers meaning it comes with 48 lids and bottoms?

Yes, 48 containers refer to 48 complete containers, the the food storage part and the lid. We have a couple sizes of these for leftovers because buying them this way is less expensive than eating Chinese take out every night for a month.
