J'ai reçu le colis, j'ai vérifier le colis (le colis n'était pas abimé.Mais surprise, quand j'ai sortie le coffre du colis, la porte était tordu et les gonds de portes aussi.Donc :- impossible de le fermer,- Porte et gonds Tordu et ajouré- Plus de sécurité au feu avec une porte ou l'on voit a l'interieur du coffre du fet qu'elle est tordu,- Impossible degarantir les biens a protéger, vu les problèmes de la porte.Je suis deçu, il a l'air solide et répondait a mes attentes au niveau du format, mais la qualité de finition et de contrôle de qualité reste a désirer !!!!

I was generally pleased with the level of security this safe provides. However, the hardware provided for securing it to the wall was ineffective, which led me to seek and purchase an alternative solution.

Key of the original received safe could not be removed from the lock or turned in the lock. Traded several emails (they were very prompt) trying to remedy the problem. None of the suggestions worked. They sent a second safe which I have had for a short time now and is working well. They did not ask for the original safe to be returned. I had difficulty installing the batteries at first. The springs were very tight and I had to use a small screwdriver to help.The safe has several holes pre-drilled so that the safe can be attached to a wall or floor. Nor is the door gasketed. Therefore, the safe is not waterproof. A pro thief would have no problem opening this safe given time. An amature thief probably would look elseware.

Hard to say yet, just arrived today. It's compact but spacious inside. Not a real safe but I think it's worth the price. Seems pretty darn secure but it does need to be secured in place. So far I have 1000 rounds of 9 mm and 40 cal ammo inside and still room for my shotgun rounds. I guess I'm a gun guy, lol. And no, my firearm isn't in the safe...it stays at arms length. Prolly not a good idea for idiots to make unexpected visits at my house. Thank God for our second ammendment rights. And thank you Governor DeSantis. No need for a concealed carry permit anymore. Anyway, this "safe" Seems to be of good quality and the price was very reasonable. Even lighted inside. I'm happy. Goes well with my real gun safe. Happy hunting peeps.

Works well for the most part. Only issue I’ve had is sometimes I have to toggle the sound back on. Other than that the alarm works, combos enter smooth and easy. Nice inside with a little light. Smaller than I thought but still big enough for what I need it for. Good product.
