Love it! Although I have had this wig for nearly a week, it is a great buy. I was like the customer, Taylor, who was skeptical and eyeing it for about a month. First, customer service is fantastic! Joanna answered all my questions and concerns. She was a real delight to work with. I have been wearing wigs for many years, and she is one of the best people I have communicated with in this industry.Secondly, the hair is very soft. Third, the density is perfect! Fourth, absolutely no smell. Fifth, I added some color in the front and it came out a beautiful light brown, so it takes color fine. Sixth, for a short style, it is versatile and can be styled several different ways with a curling or flat iron. Seventh, the workmanship and cap construction is good. One note, the unit that I received was a little big -- I used the headband method and this helped with the fit after fussing with it.For me, the biggest test is every day wear and maintenance care over a period of time. If the hair holds up, I will certainly buy more from this company and become a loyal customer. So, I will give updates as time goes by.***** UPDATE: December 15, 2018 ****I have been wearing this wig everyday and it is still doing well for the price! No matting and very little shedding (no knot sealer used). I don't recall seeing more than 3 hair strands in a 12 hour day. So, this is well made. I wash it once a week and apply a tiny bit of argan oil. I haven't had a need to curl it because after washing, it is very lightly combed and air dried. When dry, there is a wavy curly pattern to the hair. The styling and versatility is wonderful, but you have to work at it some times. I have received a lot of compliments on how cute my hair looks. I am still pleased, so far.If were there any improvement to this wig, I have three recommendations:1) Reduce the scalp somewhat. There is a lot hair density which is good, and more than enough scalp room for hair underneath to allow growth. Reducing by 1/2 won't take away from the style of the wig or hair volume look.2) Length. Allow a little bit more length at the ears and neck. I would have liked another inch to play with and for me to shape on my own for a more flirty style like in the photo.3) Hair grade. Considering that this is a wig, the hair does not always lay how I want it to, in the front/top. This wig would be even hotter and 'perfect', if it were a Brazilian Remy, where all the hair cuticles go in the same direction for easier styling. In my opinion, it would lay better for any short hair unit. I wouldn't mine paying extra for the wig, if this was done.Aside from my recommendations, this wig is one of the best buys around. I will surely buy again. :)**** LAST UPDATE: Feb 15, 2019 ****Since my 2nd update, there has been some hair breakage or more shedding (not drastic or no handfuls), and dryness, despite the topical Argan conditioner. Also, there is some tangling at the nape, but no serious matting, gently combing the hair once takes care of the problem.In the first week of February the unit has shown more wear and the life of it is nearing towards an end. It has been harder to keep the hair styled properly... there were times it would look wiggy and require more time. Flat ironing helped with the problem, but I often used this as a last resort to avoid dryness. The last time that I washed the hair, it did mat up after shampoo and I had to use a lot of conditioner to untangle it. Afraid to wash it again but the hair needs it. I will deep condition the hair as a co-wash. I think by late January would have been a good time to stop wearing the wig. It might be possible to revive it with some other products, like silicon, but I don't have those. I am pretty certain that by the end of the month, it will no longer be useful to wear.So, from my experience, with daily wear from September to early February, it has been good. :)

Had to cut it a little to get it to look like the advertised product, but a cute wig, nonetheless.

Horrible just hair sewn on net. No style made very poorly. A complete RIP off. This wig looks nothing like the picture. When you go to this Company web site you will not see my review. Only positive reviews are shown.

This unit is is so cute, the short and sassy look, I was looking for something different than the longer units, I came across this unit and it is perfect, no smell, no shedding, hair is soft. the customer service is excellent I need a small cap size and with no problems I contacted the seller and the unit in a small was on the way. Thank you, might be ordering a second one for a back up.
