Cannot go wrong on these
If you are an avid cook and like capers, buy these. I have bought them numerous times. They are salt preserved so they are dry in the jar. Completely different from the brined version. They have a chewy texture. Give them a very quick rinse to knock off some of the salt. Leave them whole or chop. Especially good in pasta with olive oil or butter where they can shine. Or a butter sauce to pour over fish or chicken. Screw the lid tightly and they keep a long time. No need to refrigerate.

My favorite capers
Was having a difficult time finding these, my favorite capers for several years now. Thrilled that they were available AND for a not too outrageous price AND to get them in record time.

These are so delicious and have the perfect amount of salt after rinsing. I used them to enjoy with skirt steak, so good.

They're super salty, but very
I'm on a low-acid diet so can't eat most other capers, which typically contain citric acid and/or vinegar. These, on the other hand, have only capers and salt. They're super salty, but very flavorful

Beware that you cannot return this, even if your jar comes UNSEALED and opened.Caputo's sold this jar.

The dominant flavor is salt
I expected more from what seemed like a boutique item but if you rinse the salt off, these are rather flavorless.
