I bought these for my dad, and they’ve been a real help. He says they’re comfortable, and they look and feel just like regular underwear. The lightweight material is breathable, and the pad does a good job managing light leaks without adding bulk. It’s nice knowing he feels more secure going about his day.The only thing is that the sizing runs a bit small. I ordered a size up based on the reviews, and it turned out to be the right choice. Comfortable and a good fit.

These are comfortable and up to a point do the job. A full pee flow and they struggle but for drips and small leaks very good. Go one size up from your normal is a good idea

This is comfortable.Sizing is true and they are incredibly soft. Little bit expensive, but worth to spend.

Not very well designed for catching urine.

Having only worn them once ,they are capable of absorbing minor leaks during the day, I haven,t had to change them when accidents happen, they wash ok. I noticed that the absorbent area was not as stiff as the Tena pants , but then they are a third cheaper than Tena, I need to wear them for a month or so to really judge the benefits.

Nice looking pants . Good quality and wash well.More suitable for light leakage .Look like normal pants .Don’t prevent odour .
