This is a great conditioner, my only complaint is the pump will not work

I love this conditioner the only downfall to it is that it is so thick that it will not come out of the pump you have to unscrew the cap and dump it in your hand because it is so thick but other than that it is really good. And also the shampoo that you can use with this is also really good I would recommend both products to anyone.

This doesn’t leave hair feeling dry or unconditioned like other reviews suggest. Make sure you confirm the seller before you purchase. The one I received was authentic Framesi, because I have used this product before. Conditioner is for maintaining and shampoo is for brightening.

This review is for both the shampoo and conditioner. I've tried a LOT of shampoos/conditioners for my grey hair... this is THE one... makes a huge difference. I found it because this is what my hairdresser uses.

I could not make the pump bottle work despite various attempts so I had to put it in a different container. Disappointed.
