Tasty and effective
These work great! I tried soft gels and did not get the results I needed. I take 4 in the morning and 2 at night. They have a pleasant taste. Not like candy but they are enjoyable.

Not that great
These are advertised as being gummies, there is nothing gummy about them. They are rock hard, you just have to suck on them as if they were hard candies. Not too happy with how they work, sometimes they work fine, other times they seem to take forever to work. I purchased them twice in case the first order was just a bad batch, but the second order was just as bad. Rock hard gummies that take forever to work. Never again

Relief
I saw my doctor after my surgical procedure and asked what I could do for my opioid constipation. I was in so much pain from the constipation and the procedure. I didn’t want to take any more pain meds because I wanted to have an opportunity to poop and knew they would make them worse. She recommended Colice pill and two cups of MiraLAX. Tried that for two days and it didn’t work. my cousin suggested these and they worked. So happy
