If you already have hypothyroidism will this test show if your medication needs increasing or decreasing?

Tbh it will Only show if your over 5 tsh no numbers given it’s basic but if your feeling ok it’s ok just for a quick check .

Is it possible to get a false negative?

I don't think so but I do know that European threasholds for positive are a lot lower than UK ones. So an answer that is negative in the UK could br positive in Europe.

How to know whether the result is positive or negative?

Works like a COVID test. You have a jabber to pinprick your finger. Then drop the stated amount of blood onto the testkit. Leave for 10 mins then read the result
