The PJs are of thick material so they are warm. They aren't so thick that they are hot and uncomfortable for the children. They did not shrink when I washed them and the picture did not fade as well. A fit perfectly for my daughter and she is a little more muscular the most children her age. I am very happy with my purchase for the price.
