Excellent Ear Piece
Replaced Baofeng part that turned out to be far superior. Microphone is better designed and operates perfectly. Will definitely purchase more of these in the future.

Check the plug part of walkie
The earpiece is okay just plug is a little too big for the walkie, I just need to return them.
