The gummies are easy to take and they taste good. I use this in addition to other hair supplements, so I just take 1 gummy and get half the dosage.The fish collagen dosage is tiny at 100mg, which is quite similar to other pills. If you want a higher dosage of collagen then go for the powder.

These work surprisingly well for me. Going on a month of taking them and I see the difference.
