ONE ION Freedom’s Pyrite Bracelet - 6mm Premium Pyrite and Brass Feather Pendant (7.5 Inches)

I was disappointed when I received the bracelet because the pyrite is not shiny & bright like in the picture shown. It’s very dull & doesn’t have that sparkle. I’m not sure if it needs cleaning or what the problem is. I reached out to the company through Amazon, but no response.
