Great product for the price.
It works as described and works perfectly to track trends. Can be inaccurate, so it may involve two or three reps to get a good read. I took this to my visit with my nutritionist and it was off two percent on BF when compared to the professional standing In Body model, but close enough for regular tracking. The weight was the same on both. For the price, it works great. I use it daily.

Unreliable body fat measurements
The scale function works well. App is fine after some initial setup challenges. The body fat percentage seems unreliable:1) My body fat % was 2% less than the InBody 2705 at my gym; and2) in a span of 5 minutes my body fat percentage went down another 3%.I ended up having 5% less body fat compared to the measurement at the gym. I looked at photos with people with that percentage and that’s definitely not me (unfortunately) .

It was decisive for our change of habits
I think the InBody is great, with easy access to the app and seamless connectivity. However, the display could be more user-friendly for better visibility. Despite this, it provides accurate and detailed body composition analysis, making it a valuable tool for tracking progress.

Inconsistent measurements - infrequent connectivity issues
I wanted to like this thing. It tracks all sorts of measurements, gives you a nice historical graph of your progress, and is generally easy to use. However, while I know the "science" of measuring body fat in this manner can produce some varying results, I fully expected this scale to be consistent when it came to the weight aspect. I could stand on it, get a measurement, let it go back to sleep, stand on it again, and get a measurement that was 4 or so lbs different. This really made me question the accuracy of any of the measurements. I found myself deleting more and more entries from the historical graph just so it didn't completely mess up the visual of overall improvement. We ended up relegating it under a cabinet somewhere and it'll probably stay there until it pesters me about a low battery. Shame, because I was looking forward to having something like this.=== Spittle's "Saliva Spectrum" Score ===### 2 Stars: Sour Secrete### Off-putting, leaves a bad aftertaste.

Not reliable as it broke after one use.
I have had 3 different model wiThings scales and loved. I paid for a new scale and used it one time and the display screen stopped working. It was an act of congress to get through to anyone. They said to send it back and would replace with new. After multiple weeks of waiting we received a replacement scale that was obviously used and still had prior user info loaded in. Batteries were taped together with scotch tape. For what I paid I should have gotten a new scale period.

Nice Design, but Be Cautious with Accuracy
The InBody H30 has a sleek look and connects easily to the app, but I noticed that the body fat % readings can be off if you’re wearing an Oura Ring or Apple Watch during the scan. Removing them helps, but it’s something to be aware of.It’s convenient for tracking trends over time, but I’m still unsure if it truly justifies the higher price compared to other smart scales. Good tool if you’re already invested in the InBody ecosystem, but not 100% convinced it’s worth the cost for everyone.
