Common Core English Workbook: Grade 6 English

I’m not sure how this book has passed the editing phase because it is so poorly written by someone whose first language is not English. There are run-on sentences, inappropriately placed dashes and uses poor choice of wording. You can see from the photo passage I’ve added they used the word “funnily” which makes no sense whatsoever. My husband and I are homeschooling our 7 year old and this book is utter garbage written by someone who does not know the English language. Throwing it in the recycle bin where it belongs. Do not purchase anything from this publishing company!!!
