I ordered this in July and began using it in August in my classroom. I have used it every school day since. Until, it quit working in April. When I try to wind it the clock malfunctions and I'm unable to wind it. It worked great until then. I liked that it has no batteries to replace, doesn't make much noise during timing, the alarm sound is quick and not too abrupt.

I've had this for about 5 or 6 months. My 11 year old daughter uses this and it helps her a lot when she needs to clean her room, brush her hair, etc. It does tick, and it is a loud ring at the end. These two features don't disturb our family at all. The magnetic part is STRONG. I have to pull quite hard to get it off the fridge. The stand also works well, and stays nice and straight and not wobbling. My kids are not gentle on things. I have 7 kids, 5 are boys, 2 boys have ADHD, 1 of those boys also has autism (moderate level). They have all used it at one time or another and I'm sure it's been dropped. I haven't actually timed it to see if the timer is accurate, but for us it doesn't matter. I think I would have noticed if it felt fast or slow. At 7.5" it's large enough, but I easily would have bought an even bigger one. I was talking with my daughter about how much money I spent on it. I made a guess of about $30, because it was well worth $30. I spent almost half of that. A very excellent purchase that if and when I need more, I'll buy it from this company again.

We use this timer numerous times each day and LOVE IT! I would consider this a very durable product. Through being stepped on countless times, dropped, and accidentally kicked like a soccer ball, it's held up well. After an obscene amount of use, we've actually purchased replacements three over the last 6 years. We purchased a similar one for a grandparents home from a different brand that "beeps" when time is up, but we much prefer this one's "alarm". I appreciate the strong magnets that hold it tight to the fridge so it doesn't budge when turning the dial. My only negative is that they don't make an identical mini one with the same "alarm" sound vs the beep. We're clearly loyal customers and will probably be repurchasing if this one gets stepped on or dropped enough times that it doesn't work. Thinking of it now, the product did require batteries, but we never changed them. Now I'm curious if we thought it was broken after 1.5years of use, but just needed to new batteries. Who knows, we're still loyal customers and I liked getting a new color every 1.5 years.

Had it for a little less than a year and all of a sudden the visual timer part doesn’t work - but it consistently was worked before that. So tamper your expectations that this will last you a long while but it was nice while it lasted. I had it set up as the magnet attachment and that honestly never gave me issue unless I had to remove it - that magnet was strong! The alarm was also super loud which is helpful :)

Visually nice. However, I failed to read that it isnt capable of silent mode with light flashing, loud mode, and not so loud mode. It has one sound and its somewhat a medium to loud sound like an old school telephone ringing. It will be going back. My last one had all 3 listening modes and same price
