Great little power bank and amazing customer service
Why did you choose this product over others?:I wanted somthing portable and easy to put in my pocketPower bank:It's a great little power bank. It only does one charge for my S24 Ultra, but it's exactly what I needed. There is a connector that is changeable from usbc to lightning. My daughter broke the usbc connector. I contacted them directly to see if I could buy a new one. Unfortunately I couldn't, but they were amazing and sent out a brand new battery bank at no cost. In this day and age it is rare to have such fantastic customer service. Very happy.

It works. The lighting changer is abit long so you can’t really use it and charge it.

Capacity advertised incorrectly.
Whilst this is compact and good for use as a backup, I measured the capacity of this battery at 2,600mah and not 5, 000mah as advertised. This is very misleading and should not be advertised as such a capacity as this.

portable charging.
from day 1 my origonal powerbank would not charge eather my iphone or my ipad. i contacted the seller who put me on to a third party who check ed a few things. the origonal seller kept contact by messaging me once a day. unfortunitly i wasnt able to provide a video for troubleshooting purposes. when i was discussing the issue with there support they offered to replace the item for an aditonal $10 or to return my powerbank to the manufacturer at cost. given i had only just recieved this i was not happy with this responce or the resilution provided. after hearing this the manufacturer were happy to replace my powerbank which is now working well.
