Love this really helps smooth out buttercream a little trick I learnt was if you hold it in hot water for a few seconds then dry it before touching cake it warms up buttercream making it easier to smooth it out.

Looked at these for a while but stupidly didnt buy one until now and i regret it! Made cake decorating so much easier and faster. Lovely to hold, not heavy but feels sturdy. Easy to clean. Dont bother with other cheaper brands, this is such good value.

This is a great tool for ensuring your buttercream/icing has a smooth finish. Really easy to use to smooth both the top and sides for a professional looking cake. Easy to hold whilst using and washes well when hand washed; I have not tried putting it in the dishwasher. Glad I bought this after much deliberation. Wish I had bought it years ago.

Im a hobby baker but this has been ok for me. The edges do feel a bit rough/sharp so im going to be care not to catch myself on it.Im not sure if this is going to affect my cake decorating as im only just starting out so it could well be my skills. Overall its sturdy and ive found it useful.

Why didn’t I have one before?! I have a variety of scrapers for cake decorating but needed a tall one for big cakes. This does the job perfectly and is of the quality that you expect from Wilton.

Get a very smooth finish on, buttercream and ganache, but not sure about the raised bit in middle, I find a bit uncomfortable for me to hold. But it’s very good quality and feels nice and sturdy.
