how can I find out about shipping arrival times for this equipment so I can be at home?

I'm sure its the same with other sellers as well, this ships via a freight carrier so deliveries occur Monday through Friday. The freight carrier will call you first and schedule a delivery day so you do not have to worry about it randomly showing up when no one is home.

Does the machine come already assembled or do I have to do it myself

The Body-Solid Leg Press and Hack Squat arrives unassembled in boxes on pallet via freight delivery. It would require assembly upon delivery.

How expensive is it to keep the unit maintained? (I am thinking of using this in my PT sessions, so need it in pristine condition)

I haven't spent any money on maintaining this equipment. I usually just wipe it down when I am done using it. It works well. It does take some time to assemble.

How do you ship the leg press? i mean it comes with ups? how long does it take time? thanks

I bought mine from the fitness factory through Amazon and they shipped it through a shipping company. It was brought by a semi in 5 boxes and you need to be able to sign for it. It took 10 days.
