Afm Safecoat Durostain Base, Clear 32 Oz. Can 1/Case

I use a lot of AFM products. They make quality products I can depend on to be safe enough for me to use and to seal in the toxins that harm me. I ordered this for that toxic potting bench that I reviewed. First I let the thing outgass in the sun and wind for two weeks. It was still toxic, just less so. Then I sealed it with AFM Safeseal. The one for porous materials. This product says it works for porous materials but I wanted to be sure, and I didn't want to do it again. It would be out in the weather... I coated all the pieces before I put the bench together. Then I used this product. I had concerns being that it is waterbased and with it being outside in a very exposed location. We've had some downpours here lately and the finish still looks beautiful. My husband brings the groceries to the bench, I spray them down thoroughly with alcohol and water cleaning solution. I worried that the alcohol would adversely effect the finish. Nope. It didn't bother it one bit! Once again, I'm impressed by their very safe, superior product.
