I originally heard about this product while online and decided to do some research on another brand just to see if i could find something more affordable without compromising quality. Well these were it. Not only did I lose a little wight with them, they controlled my urge to eat sweet stuff and snack. For the money, it was definitely worth every penny. I started off with one a day just to see how it would effect me. The quality was A-1. They worked very effectively to keep my sugar levels balance. I got quite a bit of pills for the bottle size.

Love this product. Definitely eat better and don’t feel sluggish when I do eat a heavier meal when taking these.

Easy to take and I'm down 3 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks didn't seemed like much but if it helps I'm all for it. I think it's even helping with cravings and I don't feel so hungry all the time. See what happens!!

I would not be without this, I have replaced almost all of my doctor given prescriptions, all those chemicals, with holistic herbs. and this was one of them I feel so much better! go holistic if you want to feel better! forget all those chemicals.
