Great nozzle, but need to bump your temps up
I bought this as a replacement for the stock .5mm brass nozzle included with my Lulzbot Mini 2 3D printer which had reached the end of its life. I took the opportunity to also replace the heat block, temperature probe, and added a heat sock; so it took some trial and error fitting everything back together in the right way. Once I did, I had a few failed prints and started playing with the temperature after reading that others suggested running it hotter. Going 5-10C above standard (brass) temps does indeed solve any issues, and I've had rock-solid reliability with this since adjusting my profiles. I've printed PETg, PLA, and TPE all with no trouble. I had thought I might get better quality with a .4mm vs. the .5mm I'd had before, but I can't honestly say I notice any difference. Nevertheless, great nozzle, and good to know I don't need to worry about it wearing out as fast as the previous one.

Fantastic upgrade
Before I upgraded, I had several issues with my printer nozzle. It fouled up and I never got it printing the way I expected. Upgraded to the Genuine E3D Hardened Steel nozzle (0.4 mm) and never looked back. Prints amazingly well and allows me to use abrasive filament, which is a huge bonus. A worthy upgrade to my almost perfect Prusa I3 MK3.

Probably wouldnt buy it again.
I purchased this along with my MMU2 and installed it as part of the MMU2 upgrade.I expected some tweaking with the MMU2 but wasnt prepared for spending the next 30 hours trying to fiddle with the print, filiment, and printer settings. I could print but basically had to babysit the printer and make minute by minute adjustments. After almost ready to send the MMU2 back due to the headaches I decided to try my original nozzle. Instantly all the headaches with stringing, poor layer adheasion, and filiment head jams in the PFT tube vanished. I would be very hard pressed to purchase this again.

The best nozzles you can buy!
I've included microscope photos of the nozzle just so the people without a scope can see just how beautiful they are. You don't get machine work like that anywhere but E3D. And I've looked a lots of nozzles under the microscope.
