I took the recommended amount before my run. OMG, approximately 20-40 minutes later it was like a bolt of lightning going through my mind and body! What a blast! It's fine product but burns in the eyes, which is not intended use, my fault....I was trying it specifically for eyes though.

This L-Citrulline seems very weak compared to any other L-Citrulline supplement I've had previously. I'm not impressed at all with this product. I will stick to powder and would not purchase this or recommend this product.
