I take these before a workout and they work amazingly!!!! Great taste too!!

Not sure if this is doing any good , but I reordered because I really enjoy the flavor. I feel as though I have more energy but haven't noticed any weight loss.

Delicious food

I'm a huge fan of skinny stix since almost 10 years. The berry flavor is the best and the energy it gives is different from the tangerine and the lime ones.The tangerine one gives me headaches and my skin becomes itchy after drinkin it. I did not notice a boost of energy. The taste is awful and once you mix the powder with water it STAINS VERYTHING!Better use that nasty powder to dye your clothes. Go get the berry flavor instead.

I have this on subscription and get every month. I love having this in the morning instead of coffee for energy, vitamins and minerals. It’s a great pick me up without jitters, and easy on the tummy. (Which coffee sometimes bothers me). I also have used the orange flavored with vanilla protein for a shake. It tastes like a creamsicle and is soooo good! It’s also a great appetite suppressant without even realizing it!

It tastes good but I don't get any energy nor appetite suppressing from it.

I love having these sticks to mix in my water everyday! They do not give me a huge burst of energy, but enough to get me through everyday tasks. Especially for the price! Also, the taste is fantastic! I have noticed my cravings decrease immensely since I have started drinking these. Worth it for me!
