Disappointed with the Product Quality
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this product from Amazon, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. As you can see in the attached image, the remote control came cracked, which was really disappointing. I expected better quality and packaging. While the product itself might work, receiving it in such condition left me with a negative first impression. I hope the seller improves the packaging or quality control for future customers.

Works great!
I tried 4 other kinds of universal remote. Only this one worked to change the input settings of my old Westinghouse TV.

No discovery mode
The remote will get you connected to Bluetooth devices and adjust volume and source but it won't connect you to the app, it can not put the speaker in discovery mode.

Put the batteries in it and away we went. Great replacement for the damaged one.
Plug and play. Put the batteries in it and it worked from the start.

Exact match to the original remote and works great. Note: It takes a AAA battery, not a AA battery so have one on hand.
