I've been searching for a healthier alternative to the popular brand that starts with Liquid and I believe my search has completed.I really like the 1000 mg of sodium and magnesium being included in this one. This will help me start my day with more energy, performance and should really help jumpstart my daily gym time.I've noticed I'm more regular when I use this powder and I believe it will help my memory and muscle recovery as well.So many health benefits in 1 easy packet. The taste is like a salt packet so the more water you add, the more the taste will be neutralized.

I was going to use this to balance out my electrolytes but it has too much of a metallic taste to it. I even diluted it to 32 ounces of water per 1 packet and I could still taste it.

Theoretically good: no taste, no sugar, and individual packets easy to take with you. But concerned that they may have some weird ingredients like lead and cadmium. Not sure I trust it because it's made in China. However, the product is made in factories verified by the FDA as to whether they comply with the rules, HACCP Certified, ISO and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which is indicated on the product. That gives me some comfort in using the product.
