Sea-Tech 013510-0808 Female Connector, 3/8" CTS x 1/2" NPS

I bought three of these. What I received was 1 Sea-tech brand, and 2 Watts brand. I guess that they are now same company.They come with an interior support tube, a lock C clip, and instruction paper. But one of them had none that. Had to return it. Worthless without the locking clip.Installation is easy. Cross cut the tube straight across. Push in then install lock clip. Supposed to use the interior support tube if not installed on copper tubing. Watts ad detail says can used for joining copper, CPVC, and PEX (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE) tubing.Here's the problem. The insert is sized for pex tubing which pex 3/8" ID is actually .360“. The 3/8" ID of the other tubings are full .375".The insert for my LLDPE tubing is loose, therefore doesn't support the inner wall and is useless. I went ahead and installed the connector without the insert tube. It is working fine without any leaks. If I find some 3/8 OD copper tube, I might cut tube inserts from it.

Worked great to replace broken fitting in my camper.
