Disappointed
This item is very disappointing. I fill my scarce areas with a beautiful pencil I've been using for years from Rimmel from time to time I like to test new products to keep up with times. & I've always gotten complements on my brows & eyes in general, so I'd like to believe that I know what I'm doing especially when I've always had people ask where I get them done when I actually do them myself at home. The bristles/brush is trash, it does not give off hair like strokes maybe just a bit on the back of the hand when you try your hardest to go light, but when you go in to apply on the face, NOPE! BIG FAIL! also product has a beautiful color yes, but smudges and it's not waterproof. So everything about this is disappointing if I can give it a 0 I would. To top it off, I can't even return it because it would be pointless since there is a return label charge... it's only free if you go to an Amazon locker, kohls or UPS store! I just usually use a UPS drop off box and that would usually be free... for this item it isn't. So buyer beware. Hope this helps.
