QIC Pencil Eyeliner, Waterproof Smudge-proof Black Liquid Eyeliner Pen, Long Lasting Eyeliner Pencil for Eye Makeup

This eye liner pen is okay. I like the applicator, but I couldn't get it to go on very smoothly or evenly. It does stay on for about 8 hours or so.

While it’s a beautiful and sleek presentation of a bottle, it’s absolutely not even close to being waterproof. Smudge proof, perhaps, but it doesn’t matter because the second my eyes started watering, so did my eyeliner. The brush is firm and doesn’t bend or flex or actually brush and I’m not sure why. There is a ball inside the bottle (to help mix when you shake), much like a nail polish bottle from the 1980s which I thought was pretty neat. It just isn’t waterproof, and since that is its primary function, I can’t possibly recommend this eyeliner.
