Poor Quality
Not good quality at all, very frail. The first time used it leaked on the leather and when drying it grew moldy inside.

They followed up after my purchase and I told them I had returned Gourd because water went through leather and I wasn’t happy. They sprung into action and even after my refund, shipped me out a new one free of charge. I don’t like giving bad reviews and love when I can give a good one. This is a great seller! Great product now that the new one isn’t leaking. I’m very happy not just with product but giving my money to a good seller always feels good. So I’m buying from them for my family Yerba mate ritual. Good quality and handmade!
At first I was worried I’d picked the wrong type of gourd because I saw some bad reviews right after I placed my order. The gourd is a little rough on the inside perhaps after curing and scraping out the wooden interior it will smoothen out. Also, it may not be easy to keep clean especially for first time users like me... they say to let it dry in the sun... I worry since it’s winter and almost always cloudy... Will probably use a blow drier. Also the leather acts like a stand so it’s more convenient than the round bottomed ones.
