This product is surprisingly way better than I thought it would be because the price was so cheap. For what I need it for it works for me perfectly. I do online games and I have to have receipts for my customers off of my computers.. It was no hassle Whatsoever, The driver was clear to download, Very simple, easy instructions on how to connect it to your computer. Everything installing took me less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be buying more.!!!

I would not be able to function were it not for all the lists I'm constantly making to remind me of all the things I need to do, stuff I need to get at the store, and just about everything else that seems to quickly depart my mind unless it's written down. So I'm not the traditional end user for this sort of product. I'm not running a business and needing a thermal printer for receipts. I'm a guy that saw this and though, wow, that might be a great quick and easy way to print up all my lists cheaply on a perfect size paper that I don't have to cut up or fold up to fit in my pocket.My only concern was getting it to work on my PC using word or something else that most non-tech experts like myself can usually at least marginally operate. The software wasn't the easiest to understand because it's clearly written by somone without a high level grasp of the english language, or an AI. But it was good enough for me to figure out how to install it. Then through some trial and error I figured out I could hook it up to my computer via USB, create a paper layout sized the same width as the paper roll used in the receipt printer, and then just print from word by selecting it just like any other printer in the pull down menu.It did take some trial and error to figure out the margin settings and get everything dialed in right but once I did it's working just like I hoped. If you don't need to print things that will last forever or in particularly high resolution, and don't want to spend a lot on ink or paper, you can't go wrong with this thermal receipt printer. If I figured it out anyone can.

It's an inkless printer, but when it prints the image quality is patchy. It's smaller than what I anticipated and it sort of seems poorly made.I would not recommend.

This is a great little receipt printer, especially for the price. There’s a lot of room inside, so I suspect it will take the larger 230’ rolls, but I did not have one to try. Printing is fast and reasonably clear – they are receipts, not reports, after all. I connected it to a Windows computer and printed from Microsoft Word just to try it, and the paper cutter automatically cut the paper off at the end of the page. It is easy to load paper, and everything worked flawlessly.I have only tried the USB port; there is an Ethernet port as well, and the printer driver has pretty accessible instructions for it, so it doesn’t look difficult. It took some time figuring out the driver (you have to download it) but it works well. The printer itself is very attractive (not that it matters a lot) and the manual was relatively easy to understand, with a few minor language translation issues. There are also two (2) keyhole slots for mounting this printer on a wall,All in all, a hard product to beat. Highly recommended.

This little receipt printer functions perfectly and integrates with my cash register. It's very easy to load with thermal paper and print. It is small, 6"x5"x4.5" tall, which will fit in a very small area. It's super legible to read and requires no ink cartridges. Overall I think this was a good purchase.
